Refund Policy
Last updated: 7th August, 2025
Returns
You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You also need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your return to our corporate headquarters.
Refunds are limited to one purchase per customer and will only be honored for your first order. Refunds are not allowed for purchases of three or more items.
To start a return, email us at help@pop-labs.com. Once we accept your request, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll let you know if your refund is approved after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. For U.S. returns, a shipping and processing fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at help@pop-labs.com.
Exchanges
We are happy to replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. To exchange an item for the same product, please email us at help@pop-labs.com.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (beauty products), hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. We also cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions about a specific item, contact us at help@pop-labs.com.
Refund Policy Abuse
If we believe someone is misusing this policy or not acting in good faith, we may refuse a refund or other parts of this policy.
Subject to Change
POP may change this policy at any time. The version of the policy that applies is the one in effect on the date you made your purchase.
